Lisa Fleming

Executive Director, Compensation & HR Operations at Trustmark

Lisa Fleming has over 30 years of experience in compensation and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Compensation & HR Operations at Trustmark since June 2009, Lisa is responsible for the design and implementation of compensation policies for a workforce of approximately 6,000 employees. Prior to this role, Lisa spent nearly a decade at Motorola as a Senior Rewards Consultant, providing strategic consulting on various compensation programs. Earlier experience includes working as a Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates, where Lisa managed compensation functions for external clients, and as a Compensation Analyst at Management Consultant Services, conducting industry-specific compensation surveys. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Slippery Rock University.
