Melissa Sostre-Howard

Melissa Sostre-Howard has over a decade of experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently, Melissa serves as the Licensing and Commission Coordinator at Trustmark since July 2017, where responsibilities include data entry and customer service. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions as a Sr Licensing and Commissions Assistant at Trustmark and as a Customer Service Representative at Randstad USA from January 2015 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes working as an Admin Assistant/ Clerk at Banner Personnel from February 2009 to December 2014, handling duties related to main office operations, attendance, and customer service. Melissa graduated from Waukegan High School in 1995 with a diploma in General/Music.
