Tina Loskota

Tina Loskota currently serves as the VP of Associate Experience & Wellbeing at Trustmark, where responsibilities include establishing a Center of Excellence dedicated to enhancing the associate experience, inclusion, and wellbeing. Previously, Tina spent over 26 years at Health Fitness Corporation, advancing from HR Administrator to VP of Human Resources, where leadership encompassed organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, and the evolution of the HR function from a standalone unit to a Business Partner and Center of Excellence model. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
