Arturo Flores obtained a Diploma in Telecommunications from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1997. Arturo then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 1983 to 1988. Concurrently, they also studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university during the same period of time.
