Erik Nobs-Lindau

Erik Nobs-Lindau is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as the Team Leader of Customer Success at Trustpilot since January 2021. In this role, Erik leads a team focused on supporting SMB customers across Europe, driving the achievement of commercial goals by demonstrating the value of Trustpilot’s review platform. Prior to this, Erik founded Revered Marketing, specializing in social media communications, and held various roles at Rookie Startups, where coaching young entrepreneurs led to recognition as "Coach of the Year" in 2019. Additional experience includes marketing strategy development as a Student Brand Manager for Red Bull and customer service roles at American Express and IKEA Group. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Uppsala University and completed an exchange program focused on International Marketing at ESSCA.
