Niels Bouma is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Customer Success Lead for Western Europe and previously as the Customer Success Team Lead for the Netherlands and Belgium at Miinto since September 2021. Niels is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer support, leading a motivated team to deliver optimal solutions and enhance the customer experience, while also focusing on process improvement.
