Sona Pakhchanyan

Sona Pakhchanyan is an experienced Data Science Manager at Trustpilot since June 2022, leading a team focused on the detection of fake reviews and platform misuse through machine learning and artificial intelligence, as well as automating compliance-related tasks and innovating product features. Prior to this role, Sona served as Lead Data Scientist at KPMG Denmark, managing machine learning and AI initiatives, and held several positions at KPMG Russia, advancing from Senior Consultant to Senior Data Scientist. Sona's earlier experience includes consulting for Colliers International and JLL in commercial real estate. Sona holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
