Sergio Render CLCS, VBS, currently serves as a Risk Advisor at AssuredPartners since August 2023 and as an Insurance Producer at Trustpoint Insurance, LLC since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Sergio held multiple positions at BAE Systems, Inc., including Production Supervisor, Safety Technician, and Training Specialist between October 2017 and November 2021. In the role of Safety Technician, Sergio assisted in maintaining a safe work environment at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety directives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Smokeless Helper at BAE Systems and as a Correctional Officer for Coweta County Sheriff, where security protocols were enforced in a correctional setting. Sergio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Virginia Tech in 2009.
