Praveen Prakash

Praveen Prakash has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and project management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at TrusTrace, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at TrusTrace as a Product Delivery Manager and Agile Coach from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining TrusTrace, Praveen worked at Suyati Technologies, where they held multiple positions over the years. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager, CSP, and CSM, taking charge of driving the vision and execution of products and solutions to meet business needs. Praveen also played a key role in gathering requirements, improving prioritization and planning, and assessing risk impacts during project execution.

From 2013 to 2016, Praveen was a Technical Product Manager at Suyati Technologies, responsible for interacting closely with development leads, product architects, and key customers. Praveen excelled in gathering requirements, defining product backlogs, and monitoring implementation. Prior to this, they served as a Business Analyst at Suyati from 2013 to 2015, contributing to project delivery for publications companies and playing a crucial role in defining a platform for managing products and digital marketing activities.

Beginning their career at IBM India Pvt Ltd. in 2009, Praveen worked as an IT Analyst for a year before moving on to Digital Horizons in 2010. Here, they worked as a Business Analyst, undertaking requirements gathering, analysis, and collaborating with the technology team to implement solutions. Later in 2010, they joined Optimus BT as a Business Analyst in the Research & Insights team, specializing in SharePoint solutions consulting.

Praveen's professional journey started in 2011 at Crossdomain, where they worked as a Business Analyst. Praveen played a critical role in implementing the SCRUM-based Agile development framework, conducted extensive business analysis, and provided valuable insights for process automation and efficiency.

Praveen Prakash obtained their B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication from KNS Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Praveen then pursued further education at RMIT University from 2008 to 2009 and earned their M.B.I.T degree with a focus on IT Project Management, IT Strategy, and Business Process Management.

In addition to their formal education, Praveen Prakash has also obtained several certifications. Praveen received the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PEOPLECERT in November 2017. In August 2016, they received the Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance. Prior to that, in December 2012, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification, also from Scrum Alliance. Finally, in November 2017, they obtained the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from PEOPLECERT.
