Stacy McMaster

Stacy McMaster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and fulfillment. Currently serving as a School Committee Member for Georgetown MA Public Schools since May 2023, McMaster has held significant roles such as General Manager of Leads Programs and Consultant for Intent Driven Leads at TrustRadius, as well as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Fulfillment at pharosIQ. Prior experience includes a tenure at DemandScience, where McMaster progressed from Director to Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience. Additionally, managerial experience in customer success was gained at HubCast. McMaster holds a B.S. in Communication with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Salem State University.
