Mai-Ann Sprung

Mai-Ann Sprung has extensive experience in technical communications and project management, currently serving as Manager of Technical Communications at Trustwave since May 2019. In this role, Mai-Ann oversees a team in Manila, Philippines, focused on transforming content deliverables into an integrated online Help system. Prior to Trustwave, Mai-Ann spent over 11 years at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team, implementing quality assurance processes, and establishing a Center of Excellence for standard work instructions. Additionally, experience includes roles such as Business Process Champion and Manager of the User Assistance & Interface Team at Mount Royal University, as well as involvement with the Society for Technical Communication. Academic credentials include a B.Ed in Education and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Calgary.
