Nicolas Pujol

Nicolas Pujol has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and product development. Nicolas began their career at Novell, Inc. as a Field Application Engineer, where they partnered with clients to develop solutions and resolve technical issues. Nicolas then transitioned to a role as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed new features for Novell's Identity Management product.

In 2007, Nicolas joined PeopleScout as a Senior Director of Product Development. There, they were responsible for the complete ownership of an Applicant Tracking System and worked closely with clients to integrate the system with HR platforms.

In 2012, Nicolas joined Trustwave as a Director of Product Engineering, and later became the Senior Director in that department. Their responsibilities included leading the product engineering team and modernizing the software development environment, methodology, and platform.

Throughout their career, Nicolas has demonstrated technical leadership, implemented new features and workflows, and consistently achieved notable accomplishments in their roles.

Nicolas Pujol holds a Master of Science degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University. Nicolas also has an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to these degrees, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Nicolas completed their high school education at Lycee Francais de New York.
