John Paul Gutierrez

John Paul Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John Paul started their career at Technip Engineering in 1994, where they worked as an Engineer and Project Manager for offshore oil and gas production platforms. During their tenure, they gained knowledge in API 14C and 14E, as well as ASME B31.3 and B31. John Paul then moved to AECsoft USA Inc in 1999, where they served as the Senior VP of Client Solutions and played a crucial role in growing the company from its inception to becoming a recognized leader in the Strategic Sourcing industry. John Paul was responsible for product strategy, solution consulting, and new client sales. In 2011, Gutierrez joined SciQuest:Jaggaer as the Director of Strategic Sourcing Solutions. John Paul led the upstream/strategic sourcing solution consulting and pre-sales team, specializing in areas such as Spend Analytics, Supplier Management, eSourcing, and Contract Management. Lastly, Gutierrez joined Trustwell in 2017 as the Vice President of Solutions Engineering, where they currently hold the role.

John Paul Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from LeTourneau University between 1990 and 1994.
