Melanie Anderson is an experienced professional in sales, operations, and design with a diverse background spanning multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as the Truterra Sales and Partnership Services Operations Manager since February 2022, Melanie focuses on leveraging agriculture to address climate challenges through strategic partnerships. Previously, Melanie has worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Customer Account Specialist for WinField United, ensuring optimal customer experiences, and has extensive experience as a Designer for Anderson Landscape Designs since 1993. Additionally, Melanie has co-managed swine production at Doyle Anderson Farms and held various roles in distribution, sales, and technical support throughout their career, including positions at WinField United, DuPont Pioneer, and others. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University and an Associate’s degree in Architecture from North Iowa Area Community College.
