Maria Ramirez has a broad and extensive work experience. From 2018 to present, they have been the Head of Clinical Development at Trutino Biosciences, a research-driven biopharmaceutical company. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant for Self-employed from 2017. Before that, they held the roles of Sr Director, Sr. Director, and Sr. Director at Pfizer from 2005.

Maria Ramirez received their MPH in International Health from the School of Public Health at the University of Texas, Houston, and their Doctorat in Anthropologie Biologique from Université Paris Cité.
