Jiří Hošna has extensive work experience as a software engineer and developer. jiří is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at TruU, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avast from September 2019 to May 2022 as a Senior Software Developer, where they converted a large Ruby backend API to .Net and created a new payment model using Java.

Before Avast, Hošna worked at Bühler Group from April 2018 to September 2019 as a Senior Software Developer, where they were involved in the creation of a new web control for an industrial machine and the maintenance and enhancement of a core application shared across apps. jiří also gained experience working in a multicultural environment where English was the main communication language.

From January 2015 to April 2019, Hošna worked at Cebia as a Senior Software Engineer. This role involved the development of a web application for car insurance, including features such as comparing offers, creating contracts, and facilitating online payments. jiří also expanded the application to meet the needs of new business partners and provided client support and maintenance.
