A desire to expand his impact led Junius to a transformative project with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Collaborating with Lazada, he played a pivotal role in developing a digital marketing program that significantly boosted brand visibility and sales.

Junius further honed his execution abilities as Key Account Manager at FrieslandCampina. In this role, he demonstrated his leadership by accelerating timelines and delivering outstanding results for a nationwide retail event. Previously, at the RHT Group of Companies, Junius served as an internal consultant, where he was given the opportunities to advise and support law firm partners across industries to implement growth-focused strategic initiatives.

His commitment to leadership and team development led to his promotion as Head of Department for Marketing & Business Development at Sterling Law Corporation.
