Matthew Weaver

Matthew Weaver currently serves as the Commander of The American Legion Post #33, a position held since August 2023, and has been actively involved in The American Legion since June 2019, holding multiple roles including Sr. Vice Commander and Technology Director/Trustee. Matthew's career includes extensive experience in technical support as a Technical Support Specialist for TRUVAC, and prior leadership positions as the Commander of Sons of the American Legion Squad #33. Matthew has held regional service and parts management roles at Federal Signal Corporation, Elgin Sweeper Company, and Vactor Manufacturing, where responsibilities included warranty management and service support. Educational achievements include a Fundamentals of Management certification from the Wisconsin School of Business and a certificate in Advanced Industrial Hydraulics from Applied Motion Technologies Inc.
