Trista Fawley, CISA, CDPSE, CRISC has a wealth of work experience. Trista began their career in 1998 as a Corporate Trainer for the Illinois Central College Professional Development Institute. In 2004, they moved to Pacific Ethanol (Formerly Aventine Renewable Energy) as a Senior Applications Administrator. In 2011, they joined hc1 as a Solutions Architect. In 2012, they were promoted to HI Product Architect. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Quality, Compliance and Security, and then to Director of Technical Support and Security. In 2019, they joined MGM Resorts International as a Lead Security Analyst, providing leadership and subject matter expertise on regulatory matters related to IT compliance and other regulatory issues. In 2020, they joined Truvantis, Inc. as Director of Program Management and Technical Program Manager.

Trista Fawley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a Specialization in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Illinois Central College.
