Rick Baum

Rick Baum is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS since December 2022 and as the Director of Market Development at TruVista since October 2022. Rick has extensive experience with Windstream, holding several key positions from 2006 to 2022, including Senior Director of Kinetic Business Service Assurance, where leadership was provided to a 24/7 service assurance organization, and Vice President roles in Network Operations and Enterprise Customer Support, overseeing significant teams and operations to enhance customer service.
