With nearly 20 years of experience in the Phoenix real estate and land development market, David R. has established a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects characterized by exceptional features and thoughtful designs. Prior to TruVista, David R. worked at 357, LLC in residential real estate development from March 2010 to June 2014, held the position of Senior Investment Analyst and Vice President at Jay R. Penney, LLC from February 2002 to March 2010, and started a career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. from August 1999 to November 2001. David R. earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University between 1995 and 1999.
