Stephanie Lapointe is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Trux Accessories since February 2017, Stephanie has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing talent management programs. As a co-founder and Senior HR Consultant at Pro HR, Stephanie partners with organizations to address their unique HR needs with flexible, budget-conscious solutions. Previous experience includes contract roles such as Director of Human Resources at Artika and Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, along with a Director role at Beyond the Rack. Educational credentials include a Human Resources Management degree from the University of Calgary and a Business Administration diploma from John Abbott College.
