Max Gravel has a varied work experience that includes roles in entrepreneurship, management, and advisory positions.

In 2004, they founded and served as the editor of Paragon Autos, a company focused on automotive content.

Max then transitioned into the banking industry, starting with Banque Nationale as a support center analyst, coordinator, and senior coordinator from 2002 to 2010. Max gained experience in project coordination, change management, and training.

Max then held multiple roles at Banque Nationale, including senior operations analyst, manager, partner support advisor, and senior advisor in operations. In these positions, they contributed to the optimization of processes, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and provided strategic consulting to senior management.

Afterwards, they joined Banque Nationale Gestion Privée 1859 as a senior manager in private banking from 2017 to 2018. Max was responsible for managing and developing client relationships in the private banking sector.

From 2018 to 2021, Max worked at National Bank Direct Brokerage as a senior manager in business strategy and projects. Max played a key role in shaping the bank's business strategy and managing various projects.

Max's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Mr White by St James's Street in 2014, a high-end corporate gifting company. Max also co-founded Truxweb, a company focused on transportation technology, in 2021.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Max has also served as an advisor and investor for Snack Owl and Xceed Software.

Max's work experience demonstrates their ability to take on diverse roles and contribute to the growth and success of various organizations.

Max Gravel completed their Executive MBA in 2021 at Concordia University, specializing in Master of Business Administration - MBA. Prior to that, they attended the Canadian Securities Institute from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a CSC degree.
