Martha Casalaspro is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of User Experience at Try Consultoria since October 2024. Previous roles include Design Manager at Arco Educação and Dasa, as well as Service Design Professor at Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa do Hospital Sírio Libanês, where Martha specialized in Design Thinking and Service Design. Earlier in the career, Martha worked as a Service Designer at Itaú Unibanco, focusing on user experience and usability in digital channels. Martha began the professional journey as an Art Educator at Fundação Bienal de São Paulo. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Research for Design and Innovation from Elisava School of Design and Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo.
