We are Civic Architects. Balancing public with private, interior with exterior, contemplative with exuberant, we strive for sustainable urbanism—the monumental unity of people and place.

We specialize in leading complex, schedule and budget-driven projects from concept through construction. Working seamlessly with contractors, project teams and diverse groups or individual stakeholders, we deliver on time and within budget.

Our portfolio reflects 33 years of experience, focusing on highly visible projects, calling for the careful integration of historic context, contemporary use and future aspiration. From the firm's roots preserving and restoring Denver's beloved and iconic buildings, the firm now develops and creates new urban places and structures nationally, having designed, restored and preserved over $3 billion worth of projects in almost every sector.
