About The Role Our Implementation Engineer (IE) team shepherds our customers toward a healthy initial use of Finch's product. The IE role navigates technical enablement, customer education and helps us scale internal processes & knowledge sharing.
Implementation guidance is one of the most important motions we can deliver to ensure a long-lasting partnership with Finch. Our IEs are dedicated to delivering a predictable and repeatable experience with opportunities for customization across our strategic customers. Getting this phase of our customers’ journey right is paramount to our collective success with customers, and will yield high client retention.
