Thomas Tjøstheim

Thomas Tjøstheim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the fields of engineering, product management, and security. Currently serving as People Leader for the Tech Team B2C at Tryg Norge since August 2023, Thomas previously held key positions as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Product Officer at Aritma from August 2020 to August 2023. Earlier roles include Senior Business Developer at VIS, Concept and Business Developer at Sbanken, and Product Manager for Security and Customer at Skandiabanken. Thomas began a career in security with Hordaland Fylkeskommune as a Security Advisor and held multiple roles at EDB Business Partner, including Security Manager and Security Analyst. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Security from the University of Bergen, complemented by Master's degrees in Technology Management and Critical View on Public Key Infrastructures.
