Ulla Brogaard Hansen

Ulla Brogaard Hansen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the customer service and retention sectors, currently serving as Director of Retention, Business Support & SoMe at Tryg since 2021. Prior to this, Ulla held positions as Senior Director of the same functions and Director of Sales & Customer Service at Falck from May 2016 to 2021, along with serving as Department Director at YouSee from March 2007 to April 2016. Ulla's educational background includes advanced training in strategy, leadership, and innovation from CBS Executive Fonden and a focus on business management and service delivery from Copenhagen Business School, alongside leadership training at TDC Group and a degree in International Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
