Hailee B. Roye, MPP, is currently serving as the Policy and Practice Manager at Trying Together, as well as the Southwestern PA Regional Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium, both positions held since August 2023 and July 2024, respectively. Additionally, Roye is involved with The Transformative Leader Program at The Equity | Impact Center starting May 2024. Previous experience includes roles as an Early Childhood Educator at Metro Nashville Public Schools from September 2019 to July 2023 and a Higher Education Student Policy Council Representative for The Education Trust. Educational background includes a Master’s of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee State University. Roye has also engaged in various educational roles and research positions, demonstrating a commitment to education, equity, and advocacy.
