Michael Keenan, P.Eng, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career at ArcelorMittal in 2005, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Capital Projects Coordinator, ensuring production uptime and asset utilization. During this time, they also served as the Capital Projects Coordinator, creating capital plans valued at $9 and $30 million dollars for 2010 and 2011, respectively.

In 2007, Michael became a Project Manager for World Class Equipment Reliability at ArcelorMittal, where they focused on maximizing plant/factory efficiency. Michael then transitioned to the role of Market Analyst, United States Steel Construction, where they developed customer-specific strategies to increase the construction steel business in the North Eastern United States.

In 2011, Michael joined DECAST as the Manager of Engineering Projects, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of a pre-cast concrete factory in Oman. Michael also generated additional revenue through a value-added components re-sale business.

Most recently, Michael has been working at Trylon, starting in 2013. Michael initially held the role of Vice President/GM, Engineering Services, where they were responsible for business strategy, expanding the client base, and expanding service capabilities. Michael successfully implemented SalesForce CRM to provide real-time sales metrics. In June 2020, they transitioned to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, where they continue to drive commercial success for the company.

Michael Keenan, P.Eng, MBA completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management at McMaster University from 2000 to 2005.
