Tore I. Hellebø

Tore I. Hellebø has had an extensive and varied work experience. Tore I. is currently serving as the Daglig leder at Utdanningssenteret på Geilo, where they are responsible for bringing education and lifelong learning to the population in Hallingdal and neighboring regions. Tore I. is also the Senior rådgiver/consultant at ECIT Norge, providing accounting, payroll, and IT services to a large customer base.

In the past, Tore has held the position of Country Manager at OLIVER and also worked as a Business Development Advisor at Geilogruppen AS and Norhybrid Renewables AS. Tore I. served as the Chairman of the Board at Arise Arctic Rig Services AS and Director NHH Executive at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Additionally, they held executive positions at Edge Group, where they were the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Corporate Strategy.

Earlier in their career, Tore worked at Dolphin Geophysical as the Director of Finance and Business Control and as a Senior Manager. Tore I. also founded TIH Ventures Ltd, where they were a Business Development Consultant and CEO of Vyke Telecoms Ltd. Tore has expertise in corporate finance, strategy, change/transformation, and organizational development, and has worked in various industries including telecom, oil & gas, manufacturing, financial services, and business education.

Tore I. Hellebø has a diverse education history with various degrees and certifications. Tore I. started their education journey at Fana Gymnas, where they completed their Upper Secondary School/High School education with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from 1991 to 1993.

Following that, Tore attended Officer Candidates School (Befalsskolen for Marinen) from 1993 to 1995, where they specialized in Finance and Logistics and obtained an officer's foundation training degree called "Etatsutdanning." Tore I. further pursued their education in Finance and Logistics at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy from 1995 to 1997, earning a qualification similar to a bachelor's degree.

In 1999, Tore enrolled in ESCP Business School, where they pursued a Master in European Management/Diplôme Grande Ecole/Diplom-Kaufmann degree, specializing in European Management. Tore I. successfully completed this program in 2002.

Recently, Tore attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on Sustainable Business Strategy at the Master level, earning 30 ECTS credits.

To complement their formal education, Tore has also obtained additional certifications. In August 2004, they achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC). Furthermore, in December 2021, they completed an e-learning program on HMS for leaders/HSE for managers offered by Simployer Norge.
