Efua Mensah-Brown

Efua Mensah-Brown has a wealth of experience in the technology and consulting sectors, beginning in 2004 as an intern at Transfreight. In 2005, they began working at Capgemini as a Technology Implementation Staff Management Consultant, providing supply chain and data analytical advice to Fortune 500 clients. In 2008, they moved to DXC Technology as a Technology Implementation Management Consultant, providing data analysis, strategic insight, process improvement, and current state assessment services. In 2010, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Process Improvement Consultant, providing strategy, process improvement and data analysis services. In 2012, they founded Proverbs by Efua and began working as an Independent Consultant as a Strategy Consultant. In 2016, they founded Thread Life and served as its CEO. In 2020, they began working at Sparrow as an Associate Software Engineer, Customer Operations (Team Lead), and Product Specialist, and at Springboard as a Data Science Fellow.

Efua Mensah-Brown is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computing and Information Technology (Computer Science) at the University of Pennsylvania, which they expect to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an MBA from Peking University. Efua also holds a BBA from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University.
