Alexander Kleven has extensive experience in operations and quality management within the pharmaceutical and materials sectors. Currently serving as Lean Leader at Trystar since July 2020, Alexander previously held critical roles at Fagron, Inc. as Operations Manager and Production Supervisor, where leadership was demonstrated over diverse teams and operational optimization was achieved through demand-side forecasting. Alexander's background includes significant contributions to compliance and quality control as a Quality Control Chemist at Fagron, along with technical advancements in applications engineering at Carestream Advanced Materials, where innovative manufacturing processes were implemented. A solid foundation in chemistry and biochemistry was established with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
