Carlos Ayala

Carlos Ayala has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, currently serving as Site Manufacturing Leader at Trystar since April 2025. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Southwire Company, Owner of Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting, and Plant Manager at multiple companies such as Fleetwood Metal Industries and Rain Bird Corporation. Carlos held significant positions at Cummins Inc. for over twenty-two years, including General Manager of the Oil and Gas Center of Excellence and Director of Worldwide Operations, where responsibilities spanned lean transformations, operational excellence, and quality management. Early career experiences include industrial engineering and management roles at True Temper Hardware Co and Electric Boat. Carlos holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
