Samantha Hoffman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Trystar since August 2021, Samantha leads a high-performing engineering team focused on designing custom power solutions, managing complex projects, and driving process improvements. Previous positions include Engineering Supervisor and Mechanical Design Engineer, during which Samantha enhanced product integration and streamlined workflow processes. Additionally, Samantha has a strong background in coaching, having served as the Head Swim Coach at Chaska High School and currently as an Assistant Swim Coach for West Express Swim Team. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas.
