Aditya Shah is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in driving growth and efficiency across various health and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Vital, Shah focuses on integrating digital health solutions and wearables. Prior roles include Chief of Staff at PicnicHealth, where strategic planning and product roadmap enhancements were pivotal, and Chief of Staff/Head of Operations at AllStripes, leading to a successful acquisition by PicnicHealth. Earlier experiences encompass executive positions at Nova Pioneer, Instacart, and co-founding ventures, showcasing a consistent record of scaling operations and achieving organizational goals.
