Etienne Jones

Etienne Jones has extensive work experience in various industries. Etienne started their career as a Software Developer at FinSolve Solutions (now Taxbox) in 2003. Etienne then joined the BBC in 2004 as a Control Room Supervisor and Fire Security Officer. In 2007, Etienne became self-employed and worked as an Online Poker Player before transitioning to Tryzens in 2013. At Tryzens, they held multiple roles, including eCommerce Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst. Currently, Etienne is working as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Tryzens. In this role, they have been involved in the entire project lifecycle, working with large retailers in the UK and ANZ. Etienne's experience includes requirements elicitation and analysis, implementation, and testing of eCommerce websites for retailers in the fashion industry.

Etienne Jones completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rhodes University from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Hudson Park High School from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Etienne has obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they obtained the inRiver Business Consultant certification from inRiver PIM. In April 2015, they obtained the Foundation certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Most recently, in January 2021, Etienne earned the Engagement Cloud Certification from dotdigital.
