Giza Jacob

Giza Jacob has a work experience as a Live Operations Manager- UK/EU at Tryzens since April 2016. In this role, they ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer issues, maintains a good client relationship, provides regular updates to customers, and handles escalations. Previously, from April 2014 to March 2016, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Tryzens, where they gained experience in retail eCommerce, platforms, and concepts, and provided technical assistance and resolved complex problems. Prior to that, from February 2011 to March 2014, Giza worked as a WCS Consultant for JD Sports Fashion Plc, one of the UK's most well-known retail stores. Before joining Tryzens, Giza was a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys from November 2007 to January 2011.

Giza Jacob completed their education in Electronics and Communications Engineering at MBCET, Trivandrum from 2003 to 2007. Giza obtained their degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Giza Jacob acquired various qualifications. In 2009, they obtained the IBM Websphere Commerce v6 certification from IBM. In 2010, they achieved the IBM Rational Application Developer v6 certification, also from IBM. In 2014, Giza obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Giza further enhanced their skills by completing the ITIL Operational Support and Analysis (ITIL-OSA) certification in 2018 from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in 2020, Giza received the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
