Kari Luther Rosbeck has held various positions in the nonprofit sector since 1995. Kari Luther began their career at American Refugee Committee, where they served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and Development Manager. In this role, they created and implemented strategies for unrestricted, restricted and event sponsorship funding from corporations and foundations, raising more than $1 million annually. Kari Luther also established fundraising luncheons in Minneapolis and Chicago that raised a combined $500,000.
In 1998, Kari moved to Global Impact, where they served as the Midwest Regional Director. In this role, they managed public and private sector workplace giving campaigns in six states equaling $1.2 million in revenue. Kari Luther also developed and implemented strategies for accessing new workplace giving campaigns through private sector and United Way partnerships.
Since 2001, Kari has been at TSC Alliance, where they have held various positions, including President and CEO, Acting CEO, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Community Outreach, and Director of Community Alliances.
Kari Luther Rosbeck attended Columbia Greene Community College from 1985 to 1986 and obtained an A.A. Kari Luther then attended University at Albany, SUNY from 1986 to 1988 and obtained a BA-Summa Cum Laude in Theatre. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
