Andrew Morgan

Andrew is President and Chief Revenue Officer at TS Imagine. Andrew has a Capital Markets background spanning two decades and a track record of taking innovative products to market.

His primary focus is on accelerating the growth of TS Imagine’s SaaS cloud-based software platform across the financial services community.

Andrew was involved in the ground up development of electronic trading businesses at both Goldman Sachs (1998-2004) and Deutsche Bank (2004-2019) and has extensive experience coordinating diverse global teams across sales, trading, product development, risk and compliance.

At Deutsche Bank Andrew was a Managing Director fulfilling multiple leadership roles including Global Head of Execution Services and Client Strategy, Global Head of Electronic Trading and EMEA Head of Equity Trading. He was a member of the European and Global Equities ExCo; chaired global and regional forums for sales, strategy, risk and regulatory oversight; served on the EMEA Equity Capital Commitment Committee 2012 – 2018; acted as business sponsor for MiFID 2 delivery and was Equities Account Captain for several of Deutsche Bank’s largest clients.

Andrew has an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales and a Bachelor of Social Sciences and Economics from Cardiff University.
