Roland Goodman

Roland Goodman has over 20 years of work experience in technical support and management roles. Roland is currently the Head of Support Services at TS Imagine since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a GCS Manager at TradingScreen from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Roland was an Application Support Manager at ION, where they focused on delivering technical support for Equities platforms and managed a team. Before that, they worked at Fidessa for over 18 years, where they held roles such as Production Support Manager, Technical Support Team Leader, and Technical Support Analyst. Roland is known for their ability to recruit and train technical specialists, as well as their ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
