Clarence Thompkins

Clarence Thompkins, ABD, PHR, is an accomplished professional in human resource management and insurance brokerage. Currently serving as an Insurance Broker at TSA Insurance Services since July 2023, Clarence has held several key positions, including Human Resource Director at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County and Corporate Human Resource Director at Professional Management Enterprises.
