Rose Iversen is an experienced professional in property management and asset planning, currently serving as an Associate at TSA Riley since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rose held various positions, including Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from October 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure assets. Rose also worked as an Estate Strategist for the New Zealand Defence Force from November 2017 to October 2020 and as a Property Manager at Taylor Property Plus from 2015 to November 2017. Earlier in the career, Rose served as an Assistant Property Manager at Ray White from January 2013 to December 2014. Rose holds a Bachelor's Degree in Valuation and Property Management from Lincoln University, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
