Thomas D'Arcy is an experienced senior consultant currently working at TSA Riley since May 2023. Previous roles include Customer and Stakeholder Manager at ConnectSydney from July 2021 to May 2023 and acting Communications and Stakeholder Manager at DM Roads from February 2020 to July 2021. Thomas also served as Community Relations Lead and Coordinator at ACCIONA from September 2017 to February 2020, and gained experience as a Communications Support Officer at Brisbane City Council from August 2016 to September 2017. Early experience includes a Public Relations internship at Happy Healthy Kidz Australia and a Guest Service Agent position at AccorHotels. Thomas holds a Graduate Diploma in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Master's degree in Heritage Conservation, both from the University of Sydney, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Queensland.
