Neal Silliman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Neal began their career at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated in 1978, where they worked as an Outside Conversion specialist. In this role, they were responsible for handling outside conversion, negotiating pricing, writing contracts, and collaborating with the sales department on orders. Neal worked at ATI for a remarkable 38 years, until July 2016.

In 2016, Neal joined Internaional Metals Processing as a Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. Neal held this position for a year, from September 2016 to September 2017.

Most recently, Neal worked at TSA Processing, first as a Sales Manager from December 2017 to December 2022. From January 2022 onwards, they served as the General Manager/Outside Sales Manager.

Neal Silliman began their education in 1976 at Baker University. After a year of study, they transferred to Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 1977, where they focused on Computer Science. In 1978, they completed their studies at Slippery Rock University. Neal further pursued their education at Robert Morris University from 1979 to 1982, earning a degree in Computer Science.

TSA Processing

TSA Processing is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tresten Sneed & Associates Inc. formed in 1982. The original entity formed by owners, Bill Tresten and Monte Sneed, was a full-line nonferrous distribution company in Houston, Texas. The distribution company grew from several acquisitions in the Dallas, Chicago and Minneapolis areas. The distribution company operated under the trade name TSAlloys Inc. TSAlloys was sold in 1990 to British Steel with a plan to expand further into the North American market. In 1997, Tresten Sneed & Associates started TSA Processing in Houston concentrating on toll processing of nonferrous products. In 2010, TSA acquired Main Steel in Arlington, Texas and has opened a plant in Chicago, Illinois, Richmond, Indiana and Atlanta, Georgia since then. Each location has specific capabilities unique to it's location. We are a toll processor.
