Miguel Pena

Miguel Pena, CFM, is an accomplished Facilities Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. They have held various positions, including Facilities Manager at JLL's WeWork account and currently serve as the Director of Facilities at First Financial Credit Union. Miguel has developed skills in operations management, team building, and vendor relations, complemented by an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pierce College. They are actively pursuing a CFM designation through IFMA.
