Phil Verghis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer service and support operations. As CEO and co-founder of Klever Insight since July 2012, Phil focuses on helping organizations view customer support as a proactive engagement strategy. In current roles as a Strategic Advisor for TSANet and Support Driven, and as a founding member of the Open Customer Metrics Framework Group, Phil advocates for the adoption of best practices in customer support metrics. Phil's experience also includes transforming LuxCreo's services organization into an AI-driven enterprise-ready medical device company as Chief Customer Experience Officer. Furthermore, Phil has held various senior positions at Akamai Technologies, and was a Partner Advisory Board Member at the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA). Education includes an MBA and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
