John Urban

John Urban serves as the Executive Director at Burkhart Research Institute for Orthopaedics (BRIO) since May 2023 and has held various leadership roles at TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine since February 2010, including Executive Director, Director Of Operations, and Director Of Patient Services. At TSAOG, John Urban oversees a team of 150 employees and has successfully implemented a training program, personally training over 400 staff members with a 100% onboarding success rate. Prior to this, John Urban dedicated 27 years to the United States Air Force as a Senior Enlisted Medical, achieving rapid promotions while managing healthcare programs and operations, and leading teams of up to 100 personnel. John Urban holds an Associate's degree in Health Services from the Community College of the Air Force.
