Natalie Pearce

Natalie is a leader with her finger on the pulse of both the business world and the arts realm. She has spent close to two decades in the financial services sector working across product management, marketing, brand, distribution channel management and strategy.

Natalie founded her own marketing consultancy in 2012, Home of the Brave and today has a portfolio of business interests in addition to her TSB directorship. She has held a number of governance roles, including with the Vodafone Foundation and New Zealand’s largest not-for-profit arts crowdfunding platform, Boosted.
