Andrew Strong

Andrew Strong has extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as Delivery Lead for the Lending Value Stream and Head of Change at TSB Bank since October 2015, focusing on operational efficiency and service excellence. Previously, Andrew Strong held positions such as Head of Payments Change & Open Banking Delivery and Faster Payments Delivery Lead at TSB Bank, where contributions included the development of Open Banking capabilities and the Faster Payments service. Prior to TSB Bank, Andrew Strong was the Business and Corporate Transformation Director at Openreach, BT Group, and spent over a decade at Accenture as a Senior Manager leading various program deliveries for clients in the financial sector, such as Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays. Andrew Strong also served as a Captain in The Queen's Royal Hussars, focusing on gunnery and training. Educational qualifications include a 2.1 degree in History from the University of Nottingham.
